Service offered
ConectaLead provides segmented contact lists (leads) for use in commercial prospecting. Lists are organized by profile, region and interest, as described on the website.
Buyer responsibility
The buyer is entirely responsible for how they use the data acquired, and must comply with applicable law, in particular the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD — Law No. 13,709/2018) and the Consumer Protection Code.
Use of the data for illegal purposes or in violation of the law is the sole responsibility of the buyer.
Warranties
ConectaLead does not guarantee specific results from the use of the lists, such as number of sales, conversions or financial return. Performance depends on factors outside our control, such as sales approach, product offered and market conditions.
Lists are provided as-is, based on the data available on the delivery date.
Payment and delivery
Lists are delivered only after payment confirmation. The delivery timeframe and format will be agreed upon during negotiation via WhatsApp or email.

Misuse
It is expressly prohibited to use the acquired data for:
- Abusive spam or unsolicited mass messaging
- Fraudulent practices, scams or deceiving third parties
- Any illegal activity or activity that violates third-party rights

Limitation of liability
ConectaLead is not liable for direct, indirect or consequential damages resulting from inappropriate, improper or illegal use of the data after the lists have been delivered to the buyer.

By purchasing any list from ConectaLead, the customer confirms that they have read, understood and fully agree to all the terms described in this document.
